Directions

From the Peninsula

Take Hwy. 101 north, following signs toward the Oakland Bay Bridge and Highway 80.
Immediately before the Bay Bridge, take the Fourth Street Exit (the last San Francisco exit) and follow the road straight onto Bryant street, keeping to the left. Travel two blocks east to Second Street and turn left.
Follow Second Street north for 3 blocks to Howard Street and turn left.
Get into the far left lane and make the first available left turn onto Hawthorne Street.
Go about 200 feet and turn right into Hawthorne Lane, our private, drive through courtyard.
The entrance to the bar and the restaurant is immediately off of the courtyard.

From the East Bay

Take the Oakland Bay Bridge - Highway 80, West out of Oakland keeping to one of the right hand lanes.
From the right lane take the Fremont Street exit (the first exit) and and stay in the left lane coming around the curve and down the ramp.
As you leave the ramp, follow Fremont Street north for two blocks then turn left onto Howard Street.
Stay in the far left lane on Howard Street for 2 blocks then turn left onto Hawthorne Street.
Go about 200 feet and turn right into Hawthorne Lane, our private, drive through courtyard.
The entrance to the bar and the restaurant is immediately off of the courtyard.

From the North Bay

Take Hwy. 101 South across the Golden Gate Bridge to the Lombard Street exit (one of the two right hand lanes).
Follow Lombard Street (Highway 101) east to Van Ness Avenue and turn right.
Continue south on Van Ness Avenue to Bush Street and turn left.
Travelling east on Bush Street, go twelve blocks to Montgomery Street in the financial district and turn right.
Take Montgomery Street south to Market Street. Cross Market Street and Montgomery becomes New Montgomery Street.
Continue south on New Montgomery Street, keeping to the left, until you reach Howard Street then turn right, remaining in the left lane.
Make the immediate left hand turn onto Hawthorne Street.
About 200 feet later, turn right into Hawthorne Lane, our private, drive through courtyard. The entrance to the bar and the restaurant is immediately off of the courtyard.
