The Royal Hound
Muddled ruby grapefruit shaken with Ketel One vodka and Cointreau, served up with a candied grapefruit rim and finished with Audoin de Dampierrre Champagne. 12
Café Correcto
Delicious house infused espresso-vanilla vodka is balanced with Mazzetti grappa and a touch of simple syrup, and finished with a lemon twist. Inspired by the Italian café classic, it’ll pick you up as it knocks you down. 11
The SOMA
This delicious concoction is our local homage to the classic Manhattan. We blend the locally produced liqueur Nocino della Christina with a dash of orange bitters and an infusion of Bulleit bourbon with dates and toasted almonds. If you think you don’t like whiskey, you’re about to be converted. 12
The Monks’ Secret
By tradition, only two people in the world are allowed to know the secret recipe for the legendary liqueur Chartreuse. And the recipe for this cocktail? Seek within and you will divine this ultimate truth: Bulleit bourbon, yellow Chartreuse, Fee Brothers lemon bitters, and lemon zest. Completion, balance, perfection. 11
Strawberry-Jalapeno Margarita
Try this new twist on a springtime classic. House infused strawberry tequila is jazzed up with jalapeno and muddled with fresh strawberry and lime. It’s finished with Cointreau and served on the rocks. Plenty sweet and a little spicy, just the way we like it. 11
The Original Sazerac
It’s not common knowledge, but America’s first cocktail was originally made with brandy. At TWO, we rinse a glass with Herbsaint pastis, and then mix Maison Surrenne Cognac, Peychaud bitters, and sugar. Finished with a lemon twist. 12
TWO 75
We’ve updated the classic French 75 with one of our favorite new ingredients, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur. This delicately floral spirit is mixed with local Distillery 209 gin, lemon, and sugar, and topped with Audoin de Dampierre Champagne and a sprig of mint. Originally named for the French 75 mm howitzer, this one is known to ‘hit with remarkable precision’. 12
Absenteeni
True absinthe has finally returned to the U. S. and we’re ready to celebrate! Lucid absinthe is mixed with Hendrick’s gin, Dolin dry vermouth, mint and sugar for an exhilarating cocktail that’s sure to leave you relaxed and a little foggy. It’s befuddled, not muddled. Served straight up with a sprinkling of mint. 12
Semi-annual Springtime Lemon Drop Extravaganza
Hey, we’re not afraid to say we love a lemon drop. In fact, we’re so nuts about lemon drops that we’ve created three distinctive vodka infusions to explore the drink in all its glory. This could be the most thorough survey ever of the lemon drop. 11
Take your pick:
Galanga Gimlet
Say it three times fast! Better yet, drink it three times fast! Galanga is a Thai ginger with a spicy, complex flavor. We take an infusion of galanga, lemon grass, and kaffir lime leaves, shake it with fresh lime and sugar, and serve it straight up. 10.5
TWO is proud to present the wines of Jim Neal Wine Company in our new “en vrac” wine program. We’ve taken off the labels and removed the glitz and pretension. All that’s left is tasty wine at a fair price.
