Our food is simple, lusty and fresh, showcasing the best seasonal products available. We call it Californian Comfort Food because we cook in California and our food is as comforting as it is satisfying. We start the creative process at the market because fresh, local and sustainable is always better, and we draw inspitation from both American and European culinary traditions. The menu changes very often as new products become available and at the whim of the chefs.
