This Valentine’s Day, forget those impossible-to-get restaurant reservations; leave them to the amateurs. With a little “culinary couples counseling” from David and Bridget, you’ll be romancing your sweetie like a pro at the best table in the house - yours. Seduce your special person with succulent Dungeness crab, a whole roasted rack of lamb and a chocolate fondue that will have your hottie eating out of your hands!

Our summer lobster boil has been a huge hit for two years running. SO we’ve decided to take advantage of the spring opening and pay homage to our favorite local crustacean, Dungeness crab. Underscoring our “simpler is better” approach to seasonal cooking, this straightforward menu demonstrates that great food doesn’t have to be fussy.

David and Bridget kneaded their way through a lot of recipes before rolling out the perfect pizza dough for our “real pizzas” at TWO. Now you can learn the tricks for making, topping and baking this crispy crust at home.

This year, give dogs and burgers the day off.  Served outside (assuming it’s warm enough) in true tailgate style, we’ll give you recipes and tips for getting ready for the game with these homerun and touchdown treats from TWO.

When you start with something as perfect as live Maine lobsters, all that you need is to not screw them up! We’ll show you how to make a spicy boil, spicy butter and all of the traditional fixin’s. When everything’s ready, we’ll dine al fresco, weather permitting.
