After a few mimosas, we’ll show you how to make a fool-proof dazzling date dinner that will leave you with plenty of time to charm your special person.

This class will be the first in a series of classes on the Basics of Cooking. In this first class will focus on salads, cold sauces and the proper cooking of vegetables.
» A trio of salads: Chopped summer vegetable salad, baby greens with roasted beets and goat cheese, summer squash salad with garlic, chili and Pecorino cheese
